She has been an invaluable asset to the creation and execution of Meridian Cacao’s Trinidad Microlot Program, where she applied her wealth of knowledge in the cacao sector to help smallholder cacao farmers dial in their harvest, fermentation, and processing methods. The outcome has been increased productivity and quality of beans that have been used by US bean to bar makers. Sarah is always professional, and is able to connect with small farmers, scientists, and government organizations alike.
